Samsung Galaxy S4 specs confirmed by latest screenshots

Samsung Galaxy S4Samsung Galaxy S4 specs have appeared just days ahead of the handset’s formal unveiling, with new screenshots offering an insight into the handset’s potential innards.

The latest in a flurry of mooted Samsung Galaxy S4 specs to hit the web, the newly leaked images have claimed to confirm the handsets components with the Samsung Galaxy S4 specs sheet tipped to benefit from a Retina display trumping screen and Android internals.

Hitting the web courtesy of GSM Israel, the screenshots have suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will play host to an expansive and detailed 1920 x 1080p Full HD 5-inch display with a hugely impressive 480 pixels-per-inch image density.

Interestingly, contrary to a selection of previous Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours which have stated the device will become the world’s first eight-core smartphone, the screenshots have suggested the device will land with a 1.7 GHz quad-core CPU in tow.

Contradicting these claims, PocketLint has today cited unnamed “trusted sources” is suggesting the handset will feature an octa-core processor, a feature also expected to land on the recently rumoured Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
